Lemongrass essential oil comes from the lemongrass plant, which grows in tropical and subtropical parts of the world. 

  • Extracted from the leaves and stalks of the lemongrass plant, lemongrass oil has a powerful, citrus scent.
  • It may have the following properties: antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, insecticide, antioxidants.
  • Lemongrass essential oil may help reduce the symptoms ofrheumatoid arthritis due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
  • It is a good insect-repellent oil, can be used to protect animals from fleas and ticks, or  blend with Lavender oil and carrier oil for personal insect repelling uses.
  • When mixing with water to spray in the house, can keep the flies and other insects away. May also add a few drops to the water bucket when washing the tiled floor.
  • Certified organic, made in Belgium.

How to Use

How to Use

Massage, Bath: Mix 5  to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Vaporisation: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.

Insect repelling:

* sprinkle on pillows or bed sheets at night so mosquitoes and other irritating bugs and pests are driven away.

*Organic Bug Spray: 15 drops Eucalytus essential oil + 10 drops Lemongrass essential oil + 5 drops Lavender essential oil  + 60 ml of Organic Hamamelis Water

Prevention: 1-2 drops on each side of the mask, or onto top part of dark coloured clothes may help to repel bacteria and viruses.
