Terms and conditions
- If you receive a product that is inconsistent with the ordered product or has a defect, please contact us at 28108110, or WhatsApp us at 56977667 with pictures showing the defects within 3 days after receiving the product. Please make sure to return to us the product with all packaging within 7 days and ensure that it has not been used. No exchange/return of goods can be made after 7 days of the purchases made.
- All products that need to be exchanged must contact us before processing, and all unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- We only accept exchanges that do not match with the order content, with quality problems or the goods are damaged. We do not accept any exchange reasons based on slight differences in color, size or personal preference.
- Please note that colors of the products’ photos on the website may be different from the actual object (due to different lighting, the color reflected by the computer/mobile phone may be different). If you are very suspicious of the color, please consider carefully before placing an order.
- We shall inspect carefully all products before sending them out. We reserve the right to refuse replacements of products due to differences in colors, or look of concentration, as long as the products’ qualities are not affected. Organic and natural products will not be the same in every batch.
- If there are any damages, stains and abnormalities caused by incorrect treatment of the products by purchasers, no exchange will be made.
- Customers are required to return the original goods and accessories.
- Upon receipt of the returned/ exchanged goods, replacement good will normally be sent out within 7 days.
- In case the product in concern is out of stock, we shall negotiate with customer for other replacements satisfactory to the customer.
- Only for wrong delivery of or defected goods, we shall bear the return and resend shipping cost. Return or exchange of goods for all other reasons, customers shall need to pay all shipping costs.
